Terms & Conditions

All prices are subject to all applicable taxes. All sales are final and cannot be canceled after the customer signs the order. Installation, if quoted, does not include chassis repairs, chassis frame alterations, suspension modifications, electrical repairs, painting in addition to areas affected by installation, removing any components/bodies that interfere with installation, or moving any manufacturer chassis components. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required with the order, and the balance is due at the time of completion. APPROVED CHASSIS DEALERS OR MUNICIPALITIES MAY SUBMIT A PURCHASE ORDER ALONG WITH THE SIGNED QUOTE.

GOVERNING LAW/EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION: Buyer and Seller specifically agree that any claim of whatever character which relates to, is associated with, or arises in connection with, under, or pursuant to the Agreement, or any statute or common law relation in any way, directly or indirectly, to the subject matter of this Agreement or to the dealings between the parties, during the term of this Agreement, shall be governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and Buyer and Seller shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and exclusive venue of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania for said claims. Additionally, for any claim which relates to, is associated with, or arises in connection with, under, or pursuant to this Agreement or any statute or common law relating in any way, directly, or indirectly, to the subject matter of this Agreement or to the dealings between parties during the term of this Agreement, but which federal law mandates that said claim may only be raised in a court of federal jurisdiction. Buyer and Seller shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and exclusive venue of an appropriate court situated within the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for these limited claims.
