A MINIMUM OF 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR PICKUP! PROVIDED YOUR ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE. When our driver arrives to remove the unit, up to 15 minutes will be allowed for final preparation by the customer. After 15 minutes, there will be a $95.00 per hour charge until the storage unit is ready for removal. If the designated unit cannot be removed at that time, there will be an additional $95.00 charge per hour for roundtrip transportation for final retrieval of unit. You are required to have the unit prepared for removal by meeting the below requirements. Please verify that:

The unit is empty and cleaned out
There is no debris under, on or around the unit
The unit is accessible
The unit is situated firmly on the ground
All utilities have been disconnected
