T.P. Trailers and Truck Equipment is seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Office Clerk / Front Desk Support professional to join our team. This role provides essential administrative support and ensures consistent front desk coverage as our current associate transitions to part‑time school hours.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized and comfortable managing a variety of office tasks. You will train directly with our current front desk representative and gradually assume front desk responsibilities on her school days. As her academic program progresses, this role is expected to transition into a full front‑desk position.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide front desk coverage, including phones, customer service and invoicing
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing and document organization
• Manage shipping and receiving through UPS and FedEx
• Support daily office operations and assist where needed
• Learn and maintain front desk processes to ensure seamless continuity

T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented Transactional Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting activity, maintain accurate financial records, and help ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations and related documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable working with accounting software and committed to accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices, coding, approvals and payment preparation.
• Support accounts receivable by preparing customer invoices, applying payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile credit card statements, vendor statements and other control accounts.
• Maintain organized records for receipts, invoices, payments, deposits, and other financial documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks, including accruals, prepayments and account review.
• Prepare routine financial summaries and reports for management or external accountants.
• Identify discrepancies, research transaction issues, and communicate findings clearly.
• Support payroll, sales tax, and other compliance-related tasks, as needed.
• Follow established accounting policies, internal controls and confidentiality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, finance or a related field preferred.
• Prior bookkeeping, accounting clerk, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and transaction coding.
• Experience and Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP Platforms preferred. Passport Business Systems experience is a plus as this is the current company operation system.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, customers, and outside accountants.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

TP Trailers & Truck Equipment, a trusted leader in comprehensive sales and service across multiple industries, from trailers, snow removal equipment and truck repair, uplift and container equipment, is seeking a skilled and reliable Fleet Mechanic to join our expanding service department. Hours are:

7:00AM – 5:00PM (Monday – Thursday) and 7:00AM – 4:00PM (Friday) with weekly OT

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on company trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections, PM services, and DOT-compliant safety checks
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and brake system issues
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain service records
• Collaborate with the service team to keep fleet vehicles operating safely and efficiently
• Ensure shop tools, equipment, and work areas remain clean and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a diesel, truck, or fleet mechanic (trailer experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Keen sense of detail for Quality Control inspections
• Ability to diagnose issues independently and complete repairs efficiently
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
